All shipping addresses must be in English. Please ensure your address is correct, you added your phone number and review our return to sender policy here before placing your order..

- Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays). Please allow up to 14 days for your order to process and ship.

- Shipping time is suggested by the sending postal services, estimated in business days and based off the method selected by the customer at checkout. Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

- Orders to South Africa are mostly only tracked until they arrive at the post office nearest to the destination but not all the way to the recipient.

- PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED.

- Due to the limited production of our merchandise, all sales are final and we don't accept returns and don't offer refunds.
- Depending on physical location of your ordered products, they might be shipped as separate packages from our different distribution centers and may arrive on different days.
- Customs / duty / VAT charges are the buyer's responsibility

Return Policy
- Due to the limited production of our merchandise, all sales are final and we don't accept returns and don't offer refunds.

- If your post office was not able to deliver your order to you, the package might be returned to sender. In that case we will contact you and ask if for a different address to attempt the delivery a second time.
